Parking was a problem if you got back to the hotel late if utilizing your own vehicle but there was a bus service that picked/brought you back and forth to the hotel,which was fine. Our room was OUTSTANDING. We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary and our stay was beautiful. On check-in, we mentioned being there for our 50th Anniversary and they accommodated our reservation request by putting us on the 29th Floor which has the most spectacular view of the Falls (day and night); then as if that wasn't enough, as we were getting settled in our room, there was a knock at the door, wherein the hotel had sent up a complimentary bottle of champagne with stem glasses. Very touching. We had a lovely stay so close to the Falls and everything. One of the best times I've ever spent in Niagara Falls. Also, we took the opportunity to get outside of the tourist district and spend time in their surrounding community. We enjoyed both tremendously and hotel, itself, was convenient to both.

We loved the river view room that we got. The location was really awesome. It's still a long walk to the Falls but the River itself was really beautiful. First morning, we woke up early to see that we had a view of the sunrise. We immediately went out for a walk (at 6:20am). It was stunning by the river, with the fog and the golden glow of the rising sun, plus the sound of the water. It was beautiful. I mentioned that it was still a long walk to the Falls but you can walk and it's a very nice walk along the river with benches to rest on. We love the free warm cookies given out at the reception. The elder Receptionist was the best. Very pleasant, helpful and easy to talk too. No free breakfast but the resto served reasonably priced food in large servings. Overall, we had a great experience in this hotel.

Tingting

Although we did not have a falls views, we can see it soooo well outside of our hotel room. Nice, close and pretty. The bed omg so comfy. And pillows omg. The room was very big and spacious and it was like an indoor balcony. I liked that look section we can walk out but still inside of the room. The staff super friendly, they gave coupons. We had free bus pass for 48 hrs if needed, free wine tasting and beer if you drink it. And coupons to other places which is in the pamphlet.

Shirelle

The property is in a superb location, overlooks the foals and you can sit in a chair and just simply watch the water pouring over. That said, my comments referred to the fact that I splurged out on a “junior presidential suite “”, Room 1921 if you get the chance. It wasn’t cheap but worth every penny since I probably won’t be back again. They took an extra 20 minutes checking me in after the declared 4 pm, but I was immediately given free parking in compensation.

We loved our stay in Niagara Falls, mainly because of the incredible view from our room, which made the experience truly special. The staff was also exceptionally friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive vibe. Plus, the hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore everything nearby and maximize our time sightseeing.
